HOWEVER, we believe drug testing without probable cause, or legal authorization as documented in the 4th amendment to the US Constitution, is an illegal unconstitutional search. We hope you'll vigorously boycott these searches of your person and every organization that violates anyone’s Constitutional rights as a condition of employment or for any other purpose. The tyranny of the drug war MUST END! That end begins with WE THE PEOPLE taking a firm Constitutional stand against the violent war our Government is waging against nonviolent Citizens and their Constitutional rights and freedom. The so called “drug war” is NOT a war on drugs at all! It’s a war against you and the Constitution! No other policy in US history has been used as an excuse to trash the Constitution as often as drug policy has!

Fourth Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their PERSONS, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable SEARCHES and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Marijuana is NOT addictive, that is a scientific FACT! Some people have legitimate mental problems such as, “an addictive personality”, which lead them to believe they are addicted to marijuana but they ARE NOT addicted to marijuana! They are mentally ill! ANYONE selling treatment for “marijuana addiction” is running a SCAM! If you, or someone you love believe you, or they, are suffering from “marijuana addiction”, seek treatment from a qualified mental health specialist for your / their mental illness! DO NOT FUND CON ARTISTS RUNNING “marijuana addiction” clinics / SCAMS! The vast majority of people in "marijuana addiction" treatment, were sent there by the Government. They are not there because they are addicted to marijuana! They are there to be brainwashed into conforming to the unconstitutional prohibition of a nontoxic, non-addictive, God given, very beneficial, plant. This plant (marijuana), presents a clear and present danger to the profits of many crooked corporations that depend on marijuana prohibition in order to continue selling their inferior, toxic, often deadly, environmentally harmful, high profit, products.

Fox News Gets Reefer Madness Over So-Called "Killer Marijuana"

No one in history has ever died from the ingredients in marijuana and they never will, marijuana is nontoxic and has been used safely for thousands of years without even one fatality.

Marijuana prohibition has absolutely nothing to do with any harm caused by its use as a drug! Why is the most useful plant known, a plant that has never killed anyone, illegal? It’s illegal because corporations that buy politicians fear competition from superior, safer and more environmentally friendly hemp products and because the Government loves to oppress jail and steal from the people! Alcohol, tobacco, petroleum, cotton, timber, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, just to name a few all see marijuana as unwanted competition.

Just Say Know believes the Drug War is an illegal war against our own citizens. Although it is different in many ways from other illegal wars "We The People" and Congress have allowed our president's to involve us in, there are striking similarities. Be sure you watch both the videos below! By ending the drug war and replacing drug prohibition with rational regulation like we have for alcohol and tobacco we can instantly remove the astronomical illegal drug profits now funding criminals and effectively put control of the drug trade in the hands of our open system of democratic government. As things stand now control of the illegal drug trade is completely in the hands of criminals, gangsters and terrorists. They decide which drugs will be sold, how potent the drugs will be, how pure or contaminated they will be, what age their customers will be and where these drugs will be sold. That needs to change!

It is an undeniable FACT that the vast majority of drug-related violent crime is caused by the prohibition against drugs, rather than the drugs themselves. This was the same situation which was true during alcohol Prohibition. Alcohol Prohibition gave rise to a violent criminal organization. Violent crime dropped 65 percent the year alcohol Prohibition was repealed. Source: www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/library/basicfax6.htm

Drug prohibition has increased drug related death, underage drug use, crime, violence, disease, corruption, wasted tax dollar spending, criminal / terrorist funding and a multitude of other harmful consequences.

On March 22, 1972 the Richard Nixon-appointed, 13-member National Commission on Marijuana and Drug Abuse recommended the decriminalization of marijuana, concluding, "[Marijuana's] relative potential for harm to the vast majority of individual users and its actual impact on society does not justify a social policy designed to seek out and firmly punish those who use it."
Source: StoptheDrugWar.org

Despite the recommendation against marijuana prohibition by his own well qualified National Commission on Marijuana and Drug Abuse, president Richard Nixon started the war on drugs and escalated the myth that marijuana is a dangerous drug.

In 1988, after reviewing all evidence brought forth in a lawsuit against the government's prohibition of medical marijuana, the DEA's own administrative law judge (Judge Francis Young) wrote:
"The evidence in this record clearly shows that marijuana has been accepted as capable of relieving the distress of great numbers of very ill people, and doing so with safety under medical supervision. It would be unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious for the Drug Enforcement Administration to continue to stand between those sufferers and the benefits of this substance in light of the evidence." Judge Francis Young of the Drug Enforcement Administration went on to say: "Marijuana, in its natural form, is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known. In strict medical terms, marijuana is safer than many foods we commonly consume." Judge Young recommended that the DEA allow marijuana to be prescribed as medicine, but the DEA has refused.
Source: Marijuana and Hemp the Untold Story

Despite the judge's recommendations against marijuana prohibition, the DEA continues its myths about the harms of marijuana and relentlessly persecutes all users, including those who only use it for medical purposes.

Judge young's "Opinion and recommended ruling, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision of Administrative Law Judge", also contains the following:
"7. Drugs used in medicine are routinely given what is called an LD-50. The LD-50 rating indicates at what dosage fifty percent of test animals receiving a drug will die as a result of drug induced toxicity. A number of researchers have attempted to determine marijuana's LD-50 rating in test animals, without success. Simply stated, researchers have been unable to give animals enough marijuana to induce death.

8. At present it is estimated that marijuana's LD-50 is around 1:20,000 or 1:40,000. In layman terms this means that in order to induce death a marijuana smoker would have to consume 20,000 to 40,000 times as much marijuana as is contained in one marijuana cigarette. NIDA-supplied marijuana cigarettes weigh approximately .9 grams. A smoker would theoretically have to consume nearly 1,500 pounds of marijuana within about fifteen minutes to induce a lethal response.

9. In practical terms, marijuana cannot induce a lethal response as a result of drug-related toxicity."

Several US presidents, numerous members of the US congress, governors, state legislators, city legislators, doctors, lawyers, very successful business people and professionals have admitted using cannabis. Do you still think it causes imminent failure? Most addicts use tobacco, alcohol or some other legal drug prior to using cannabis, so why is it considered the “gateway” drug? Not one of the ridiculous prohibitionist arguments justify oppressing millions of citizens that are doing no harm to their selves or society. Cannabis is our number one cash crop and millions of people use it regularly. There has never been a single documented death caused by its ingredients. There is no logical reason for its illegal status. Are you going to take a stand or let the prohibitionists and big businesses that profit from prohibition continue to cause well over a million and a half people per year (one every 38 seconds on cannabis charges) to be arrested needlessly? Get on our mailing list and make your voice heard. We’ll keep you informed of simple actions you can take to make a difference. If you don’t change this who will?

As bad as this is it's only one example of what's wrong with the Drug War. Laws like this are being passed and removing your rights at an alarming rate in the name of the War on Drugs.

Be sure to add this web site to your favorites / bookmarks.

We've all been inundated with false drug war propaganda perpetuated by our government and those that profit from prohibition. If you'll keep an open mind for a few minutes you'll soon realize that the facts speak for themselves and there is no doubt that the drug war does far more harm than the drugs it was meant to control. In fact the drug war is the most devastating and harmful issue facing our country and the world. As you'll soon see, the most amazing drug war fact is that despite the excessive spending and devastation of this failed policy, it has had absolutely no positive effect on the ratio of drug addicts even after over ninety years of effort and well over a trillion of your tax dollars being wasted. In spite of these undeniable facts rather than change its policy to methods that have proven to get great results, our government continues to escalate the unwinnable drug war. We are not organized to promote drugs, our intention is to change drug policy and promote methods that have been proven to work, cost far less than the drug war and get much better results.

Here in the “land of the free” for the first time in history, more than one of every 100 adults is in jail or prison. 2,319,258 Americans were incarcerated at the start of 2008. The steadily growing inmate population is saddling cash strapped states with soaring costs they can ill afford and is not impacting the number of individuals relapsing into crime or overall crime. Getting tough on "criminals" has gotten tough on taxpayers. These sad facts reflect a much distorted set of national priorities. The United States incarcerates more people than any other nation, far ahead of even more populous China. Someone is arrested in the US for violating a drug law every 17 seconds. More than half of federal prisoners are serving time for a drug offense. Roughly half of all drug arrests and drug offence prison sentences are the result of marijuana charges. Someone is arrested about every thirty eight seconds on marijuana charges alone even though its "relative potential for harm to the vast majority of individual users and its actual impact on society does not justify a social policy designed to seek out and firmly punish those who use it". Most people believe marijuana was made illegal through due process involving government hearings that included scientific and medical evidence and that it was to protect the citizens from a dangerous drug. The truth is, those who voted on the legal fate of this plant never had the facts, they depended on information supplied by those who had a specific agenda to deceive lawmakers and profit financially from marijuana prohibition. The very first federal vote to prohibit marijuana was based entirely on documented lies told on the floor of the Senate.

Drug addiction should be addressed as a health issue not a crime. There has only been one successful anti-drug campaign, it targeted tobacco. Almost half of all smokers stopped using that highly addictive drug and no one went to jail or got hurt or killed. IT CAME ABOUT THROUGH EDUCATION NOT A WAR ON TOBACCO USERS. Regulating drugs is the only sensible answer to ending the multitude of harmful consequences caused by the failed policies of drug prohibition and the drug war. Where there is a demand and the ability to pay the price there will always be a supply. If we remove the ability to profit from illegal drug sales we remove a long list of problems. As soon as alcohol prohibition ended the crime, violence and multitude of other harmful consequences caused by alcohol prohibition ended. Violent crime dropped 65 percent the year alcohol prohibition was repealed. Current drug policy makes half or more of our population criminals and has NO MEASURABLE BENEFIT. Despite decades of drug prohibition and over a trillion tax dollars spent promoting this failed policy we still have the same ratio of addicts we had in 1914 when the first drug prohibition law was enacted. That's right, today we have the same percentage of the population addicted to drugs that we had when ALL drugs were legal. The current drug policy has negative effects on everyone. You or your family may be the next victim(s) of this failed policy. If you don't think it can't happen to you click the links about "Drug War Victims". Our drug policy is so out of control that even when doctors backed by a mountain of evidence tell lawmakers some patients can greatly benefit from marijuana, our lawmakers respond by saying "marijuana use by sick people may send the wrong message". Does that sound rational to you? We have been mislead about drugs by those who gain financially from drug prohibition. Be sure you click the links titled: "MARIJUANA AND HEMP THE UNTOLD STORY" and "WHY IS MARIJUANA ILLEGAL" (located above), you'll learn a lot about the hidden reasons for drug prohibition.

What's Wrong With the Drug War?

Many of the problems the drug war purports to resolve are in fact caused by the drug war itself. So-called “drug-related” crime is a direct result of drug prohibition's distortion of immutable laws of supply and demand. Public health problems like HIV and Hepatitis C are exacerbated by zero tolerance laws that restrict access to clean needles. The drug war is not the promoter of family values that some would have us believe. Children of inmates are at risk of educational failure, joblessness, addiction and delinquency. Drug abuse is bad, but the drug war is worse. Source: www.drugpolicy.org/drugwar

How does our policy compare with the policies of other countries? Europe is beginning to form uniform drug laws as a result of European unification. Europe is decriminalizing drugs along the lines of the programs used in England and the Netherlands. Most of the countries have already approved the Frankfort Accord, which adopts decriminalization as the primary approach to drugs.

Let's compare the results of two roughly comparable major cities which both have a drug problem. The cities are New York, and Liverpool, England.

In New York, heroin and cocaine addicts suffer from tremendous medical problems. In Liverpool, England, most heroin and cocaine addicts suffer few medical problems. In New York, most drug addicts are unemployed criminals. In Liverpool, most drug addicts are gainfully employed taxpayers. In New York, crime committed by drug addicts is a major problem. In Liverpool, it is a very minor problem. In New York, drug addicts often have their children taken away and live under miserable conditions. In Liverpool, most addicts live with their families in stable homes and manage to raise healthy, well-adjusted children. In New York, thousands of babies are permanently damaged every year by their mother's drug use. In Liverpool, health authorities report no cases of harm to infants as a result of their mother's drug use. In New York, sixty percent of all intravenous drug users are infected with AIDS, and they are a major cause of the spread of AIDS. In Liverpool, only one percent of the intravenous drug users are infected with AIDS and they are a very minor source of infection for the rest of the population. In the United States, drug use is illegal and the police hunt down drug users to throw them in prison. Four thousand people died from illegal drugs in the US last year and we now have more than 600,000 people in prison on drug charges. In Liverpool, England, the police do not arrest drug users any more. Instead, health care workers seek them out and encourage them to come in for counseling and medical treatment. Both counseling and medical treatment are provided on demand. The medical treatment often includes maintenance doses of narcotics under the management of a physician. Liverpool, England, has adopted the same approach as the Netherlands and has had substantially the same results. They both chose decriminalization.

Hemp is God's Solar Energy Collector collecting sunlight and transforming it to resource material that can create 50,000+ products.

People of the earth are winning the freedom to plant, grow, consume, and other-wise live with hemp. Hemp has over one million listings on the yahoo search engine. Hemp lives! Our poor governments can moan and groan all they want, but the prohibition against hemp is coming down. Anyone who cares to look at the evidence presented here must come to the conclusion that big mistakes have been made in this war on hemp. Our very Constitution has suffered from the drug war. Drug war equals prohibition equals Constitutional Amendment, and not doing it right has made a mess of Constitutional law.

Samples of cloth around 9,000 years old have been discovered, and you can bet they were hemp. The Chinese symbol for hemp is over 5,000 years old, so Chinese fabric is probably much older. It is my hypothesis that before people ever sat on the back of a live horse there was hemp rope. The oldest known saddle from the frozen tombs of the Siberian steppes was made of hemp. And ropes, sails, flags, banners, clothes, fish nets, tents, tapestries, art canvas, burial cloth, oakum, paper, lamp oil, food and more define the history of people's civilization.

And hemp paper recorded much of that history, from the first true paper in China to the most basic documents of law and religion and art in much of the world, including our U.S. Constitution.

Few museums in this country even mention hemp. So many facts have just come to light in the last dozen years from old books, from junk and antique stores, from a new way of looking at lost history, and from a vision of the potential of hemp in the future of people, that we had to have our own museum of Cannabis sativa/hemp/marijuana.

The re-legalization of Cannabis to its pre-1937, pre-prohibition status would be of enormous benefit to the world. In this time of rapid population growth, the world needs this renewable and sustainable resource base.

Some of the history and present state of affairs regarding hemp is a sad commentary on how the truth can be corrupted in a free society, by the very institutions we hope will govern us fairly and honestly. We feel a duty to change attitudes and laws through education and discussion. After hearing the evidence we hope you agree.

War on Drugs from Wikipedia, the free web-based encyclopedia Click Here

Drug use has increased in all categories since prohibition.[4] Since 1937, the use of marijuana, once an activity seemingly limited to Mexican immigrants and jazz musicians,[5] has become one undertaken by up to 50 % of the youth of the United States.[4] Between 1972 and 1988 the use of cocaine increased more than fivefold.[6] The usage patterns of the current two most prevalent drugs, methamphetamine and ecstasy, have shown similar gains.[4]

It was, however, successful in reducing the amount of marijuana being illegally imported into the country. As an unintended consequence of the War, drug smugglers turned to cocaine, which was easier to move and gave a much higher profit margin for the weight and volume of their product. It also gave incentive to U.S. marijuana growers who moved to meet the demand by increasing domestic marijuana production and improving its quality.

A number of economically-depressed Colombian farmers in several remote areas of their country began to turn to what became a new, illicit cash crop for its high resale value and cheap manufacturing process. Local coca cultivation, however, remained comparatively rare in Colombia until the mid-1990s. Drug traffickers originally imported most coca base from traditional producers in Peru and Bolivia for processing in Colombia, continuing to do so until eradication efforts in those countries resulted in a "balloon effect".

Despite the Reagan administration's high-profile public pronouncements, secretly, many senior officials of the Reagan administration illegally trained and armed the Nicaraguan Contras, which they funded by the shipment of large quantities of cocaine into the United States using U.S. government aircraft and U.S. military facilities.[7][8] Funding for the Contras was also obtained through the illegal sale of weaponry to Iran.[9][10] When this practice was discovered and condemned in the media, it was referred to as the Iran-Contra affair, but the large cocaine shipments into the US to fund the Administration's illegal foreign policy agenda were much less known.

Another milestone occurred in 1996, when 56 % of California voters voted for Proposition 215, legalizing the growing and use of marijuana for medical purposes. This created significant legal and policy tensions between the federal and state governments. Courts have since decided that neither this nor any similar acts will protect users from federal prosecution (e.g., see Gonzales v. Raich).

Regardless of public opinion, marijuana could be the single most targeted drug in the drug war. It constitutes almost half of all drug arrests, and between 1990–2002, out of the overall drug arrests, 82 % of the increase was for marijuana. In this same time period, New York experienced an increase of 2.640 % for marijuana possession arrests.[citation needed]

As of 2006, marijuana has become the United States of America's biggest cash crop.[11]

"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." Genesis 1: 29

Edible hemp seeds are one of the most complete sources of vegetable protein available. Hemp seed oil is lower in saturated fat and higher in essential fatty acids than any other vegetable or seed oil. Imported from China, and now Canada, because American farmers are not allowed to compete on the world market with this high protein, excellent oil seed.

Hemp Seeds are truly the food of the future. Hemp seed is 20% high quality complete protein and 30% oil. The oil contains over 80% essential omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

There is naturally no THC (the buzz chemical) in hemp seeds, sterilized or viable (live). Hemp seed foods are wholesome, drug free and delicious. Whole hemp seeds have a nice nutty flavor somewhere between sunflower, sesame and pinion nut. They may be eaten whole raw, tamari toasted as a snack, mixed in or sprinkled on top as a garnish to many foods, and pastries.

Marijuana can produce several different kinds of fuel. In the 1800's and 1900's hempseed oil was the primary source of fuel in the United States and was commonly used for lamps and other oil energy needs. The diesel engine was originally designed to run on marijuana oil because Rudolf Diesel assumed that it would be the most common fuel. Mairjuana is also the most efficient plant for the production of methanol. It is estimated that, in one form or another, marijuana grown in the United States could provide up to ninety percent of the nation's entire energy needs.

Hemp is 4 times more efficient than corn as biofuel. Hemp pellets can be used to produce clean electricity.

Something has happened on the alternative energy front that is so revolutionary that all people connected with or interested in improving the quality of life on our planet should be aware of it... so powerful it could replace every type of fossil fuel energy product (oil, coal, and natural gas).

This plant is the earth's number one biomass resource or fastest growing annual plant for agriculture on a worldwide basis, producing up to 14 tons per acre. This is the only biomass source available that is capable of producing all the energy needs of the U.S. and the world...

Hemp will produce cleaner air and reduce greenhouse gases. When biomass fuel burns, it produces CO2 (the major cause of the greenhouse effect), the same as fossil fuel; but during the growth cycle of the plant, photosynthesis removes as much CO2 from the air as burning the biomass adds, so hemp actually cleans the atmosphere. After the first cycle there is no further loading to the atmosphere...

Reclaim your Constitutional rights America! Force Constitutional Government! A great move toward that is putting Ron Paul in the White House in 2012. If you don’t know who he is, that’s understandable, the same group of crooked banksters that own most of the crooked politicians in this Country (IN BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES), also own the majority of the mainstream media. If you want more of the same corrupt wasteful and unconstitutional Government we have now, then vote for whoever the mainstream media tells you to but if you want a president that has a long well documented history of governing STRICTLY according to the Constitution and a true representative of WE THE PEOPLE and FREEDOM then VOTE FOR RON PAUL!
